For over 16 years we have implemented over 130 projects focused mainly on strengthening the rights of women, gender equality, reproductive health, economic empowerment, research projects, prevention of domestic violence, education and empowerment of youth, preventative projects in the field of reproductive health, promotion of social entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.

The aim of this project is to strengthen the role and increase the level of participation of Roma representatives in various bodies and decision-making processes in relation to the most important strategies, documents and public policies to improve the lives of Roma people, such as the National Action Plan, the Roma Committee in the Council of Ministers and many other. During the project will be organized also the processes of making so- local action plans, as experience so far shows that the best results in housing, employment, solving health care and education issues for the Roma population are achieved when actively involved those authorities with the highest level of ingestion and in direct contact with the Roma population. The Women's Roma Network, with the support of the Coordination Organization (UZR better future), implemented a media campaign called "Where are the Roma on the upcoming census in BiH". The aim of the media campaign is to animate the Roma / Romani people to declare themselves on the population list in 2013 as members of this national minority. For the purposes of the campaign, we recorded TV spots and two radio jingl, and the total number of media outlets from Bosnia and Herzegovina that followed this campaign and published TV spot and radio jingl were 32 while we had 324 TV activities, web portals. The total number of eligible beneficiaries of the campaign, ie people and Roma communities benefiting from our activities, is 1,239 Roma households, ie 4,779 Roma / Romani women.
